The service

PromoFinch provides read-only checks of supported promotions and monitors changes against rules you configure. You must be authorized to install the app and access the store data involved.

Your decisions and inputs

You choose the price and margin limits and remain responsible for catalog data, product costs, discounts and campaign decisions. Results depend on available Shopify data and supported discount logic. Review coverage and warnings before relying on a report. The app does not change prices, test a complete checkout, calculate net profit or provide legal or financial advice.

Subscription

Standard costs USD 19 per 30 days, with a seven-day trial where eligible. Shopify displays and processes charges and applies its billing and trial rules. There is no annual or usage-based plan. Manage billing and uninstall through Shopify Admin. Uninstalling cancels the app subscription and stops monitoring; charges already incurred follow Shopify’s billing rules. Contact us about billing questions or refund requests.

Availability and limitations

Shopify API limits, missing permissions, unsupported discount conditions and service interruptions can prevent a complete check. A report is a point-in-time assessment against selected rules, not a guarantee of campaign safety, revenue, profit or legal compliance. We aim to keep the service reliable and investigate reported errors.

Acceptable use and data

Do not attempt to access another shop’s data, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. You retain ownership of your data and authorize its processing as needed to provide the app. Our privacy policy describes data use and retention.

Support and changes

We aim to answer support requests within one business day. We may update the service and these terms; material subscription changes will be communicated through the appropriate Shopify process. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
